Situated in a canyon that was homesteaded in 1873. Located just south of the town of Caliente on Nevada State Route 317, Kershaw-Ryan is a colorful, scenic canyon at the northern end of Rainbow Canyon in eastern Nevada. It is located approximately 2.5 hours north of Las Vegas, Nevada.
- 2-1/2 hours Northeast of Las Vegas: I-15 N to US-93 N to Caliente, NV.
Head north on I-15 out of Las Vegas. Turn onto US-93 north at Apex following the Caliente/Pioche/Ely sign. Continue north on US-93 to the town of Caliente, Nevada. Follow the signs to Kershaw-Ryan State Park. - 1-1/2 hours Southeast of Ely: US-93 S to Caliente, NV.
Head south on US-93 toward Pioche, Nevada. Continue south on US-93 past the town of Pioche about 20 miles toward the town of Caliente, Nevada. Follow the signs to Kershaw-Ryan State Park. - 1 hours West of Cedar City, Utah:West on 200N to UT-56W to NV-319 W to US-93 S to Caliente, NV
Turn left onto W 200 N. Continue onto UT-56 W/W 400 N. Continue to follow UT-56 W Entering Nevada. Continue onto NV-319 W. Turn left onto US-93 S and continue to the town of Caliente, NV. Follow the signs to Kershaw-Ryan State Park. - 1 hours Northwest of St. George, Utah: S 700 E to UT-18 N to UT-56W to Caliente, NV.
Follow UT-18 north to UT-56 west and continue on to the town of Caliente, NV. Follow the signs to Kershaw-Ryan State Park.
